I made it myself!

I occasionally question the wisdom of people leaving me to my own devices in order to survive. Case in point: tonight's dinner.

Last night, I made pasta with an Italian sausage/tomato sauce. It was very good, but I had some sauce left. When I make pasta sauce, it resembles Prego less than it does, say, sloppy joe filling. I make my sauces thick, and thus put them on good hearty pastas.

In any case, I had sauce left over. Not enough to justify making another batch of pasta, but enough that I saved it to decide what to do with it later. So tonight's meal is a sandwich made of farmer's cheese and the leftovers of this sauce, heated together like a grilled cheese sandwich. It's good... but one wonders how I might come up with this sort of thing.
