The music from Les Miserables is possibly the most inspiring, heartbreaking, beautiful thing I have ever heard. I'm not one to cry at movies or books, but there are at least three songs in here that I can think of that make me get all misty and teary-eyed ("I Dreamed a Dream", "A Little Fall of Rain", and "Finale", specifically). And "Master of the House" pretty much always makes me laugh out loud and sing along. And oh my god, if you can listen to the prisoner "Work Song" nearly howling out, "How long, oh Lord, before you let me die?" without getting chills then you're simply not human.
So, to sum up: find the Les Miserables soundtrack. Listen to it. It's that good.
