Thoughts of the day: Well, better than yesterday. I've got to finish doing laundry tomorrow, and get packed for our brief little jaunt to Chicago. Apparently we're going to be visiting the Shedd Aquarium on Sunday, then Katie's college stuff on Monday and Tuesday, and coming home sometime Wednesday. I'll hafta take some pictures.

Also, my hands hurt from knitting with crochet nylon. It's slippery and hard to keep on the needles, and it's hard to keep the tension right. But the strap turned out pretty good.
