The best way to make myself feel better when I'm depressed/angsty/grumpy is to make someone else happy. This, I think, is a very healthy remedy--better than some I've turned to in the past.
And now to go to work and eat my sandwich.

I'm not always so considerate, but when I am, I find that it makes me feel a lot better than when I let a bad mood take over. Just another life lesson that I'm slowly learning.
