The next chapter of the New House Saga

My parents made an offer on a house today. It's just outside of Grand Rapids. Lots of big tall red pines, three bedrooms, a partially finished basement, two car garage, and a great room that is painted the nicest shade of red I've seen in a while. There's downsides, of course... small kitchen, needs an updated septic system and well, roof needs to be replaced soon. But my parents know all that going in. I hope they get it.
